A remodel project done by the Balfour Interiors team - myself and three other ladies. This is a memory care community which means there are certain limitations to the design. We must keep in mind things such a tripping hazards, stain and soil repellent, none dizzying patterns, bright happy colors and above all - functionality. The community reopened Fall 2022 after being closed for a year due to fire and flood damage. The residents and their families enjoy being in a senior living space that feels more like home than health care!
Refresh of an independent living community space. Here is where they enjoy guest lectures and happy hours. We had limited time and budge to turn this space into a fun, speak easy inspired vibe.
